His recent major focus is helping industrial facilities across China, Japan, Korea, and other countries improve their planning and management of water, stormwater, and wastewater—addressing both sustainability challenges and compliance risks.
As a registered environmental engineer in China, Charles is also experienced in the design, installation, commissioning, and assessment of industrial wastewater treatment and reclamation projects. He has demonstrated strong abilities to identify and troubleshoot critical issues, providing highly rated client service in quick-turnaround settings.
