US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Proposed Climate Disclosure Rules

In March 2022, the SEC proposed climate disclosures rules for publicly traded companies. These disclosure rules are largely derived from the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) reporting framework and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol.
