As our North American conveyance sector leader, Russ has more than 30 years of experience as a civil engineer with a focus on design, construction, and renewal of water conveyance systems. He has served as project manager on major water supply projects and programs in excess of $4 billion, including the Aurora Prairie Waters project.
Russ has a deep personal commitment and creative vision toward understanding client and community needs. He works continuously—and collaboratively—to ensure that his client’s vision benefits current and future generations within our communities. As design manager on the Southern Delivery System (SDS) Program, he was responsible for overseeing the design of 50 miles of pressurized welded steel water pipeline. He developed and implemented the SDS quality management and design review process, as well as authored the pipeline design guide that has been used on several other projects and programs within the company.
In his spare time, Russ enjoys skiing, watching the Denver Broncos, and spending time with his family and friends. He loves riding his motorcycle anywhere—particularly the Canadian Rockies!
