As director of water marketing, business development, and sales, Kari connects clients, experts, and communities to help identify sustainable solutions for our toughest water challenges. She draws on nearly three decades of experience in water resources planning and management in the West.
Kari’s focus is on balancing the demands placed on our limited water resources by helping to identify supply vulnerabilities, define goals and streamline decision making, and craft sustainable water projects and policies. She also has a passion for helping women and people of color find success in the engineering consulting industry. Kari believes our team should reflect the communities in which we live and work and that having diverse minds at the table helps us craft the best possible solutions.
Outside of work, Kari loves to hike and camp in the Sierra Nevada Mountains with her family, especially her two sons. As a rockhound, she enjoys exploring new, out of the way places with interesting geologic features.
