As executive vice president and business operating unit leader, Ryan oversees our Water business. He’s a collaborative and driven leader with a passion for developing strong relationships and high-performing teams—and driving sustainable growth.
With more than 20 years of experience at Stantec, Ryan has been active in client relationships, project management, design management, and business development roles for some of our largest and most challenging water projects. His philosophy for project and business leadership is founded on four key elements: communication, collaboration, planning, and responsiveness.
Ryan is an avid volunteer with numerous industry committees and association boards including as past-president for the Western Canada Water association. He also supports various employee and career development groups at Stantec including Women@Stantec, Pride@Stantec, and the Developing Professionals Group.
