Cliff has been working in the field of polluted water treatment in Taiwan for more than 25 years. Before joining our Company, he served in an engineering and consulting firm where he provided construction supervision, construction implementation, design, planning, and management. Now with our Company for more than 17 years, Cliff has been involved in projects related to the treatment of municipal polluted water in Taiwan.
Cliff was also in charge of several large Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects, including municipal sewage system, seawater desalination, water recycling, industrial wastewater, thermal treatment, and biomass energy center, and more.
Since 2012, Cliff has been working as the manager of the Water & Waste Water (WW) Technology Department. There he leads WW in continuing its development and growth in engineering-based projects by providing excellent technical services in every stage of the entire engineering life cycle, while also cultivating the spirit of teamwork, innovation, and optimism among department employees.
