Andrew is a Registered Professional Engineer in Barbados & St Lucia, and a Chartered Engineer with more than 40 years’ experience in the planning, design and project management for a diverse range of civil, structural and environmental engineering projects across the Caribbean.
Andrew has specific experience in stormwater management and watershed modeling and developed a digital “rain water harvesting” model to predict runoff volumes and optimize storage requirements for sustainable irrigation. His expertise in drainage was used in the golf course developments at Royal Westmoreland, Apes Hill, Sandy Lane’s Green Monkey & Country Club and the Royal St Kitts Golf Course. He provided water harvesting expertise for the Farmers Dam and Storage Lake, Lion Castle Polo Estate and Mount Gay Distilleries Rum Ageing facility in Barbados. He has also provided structural engineering for the 10 story Baobab Tower, Sky Mall at Haggatt Hall and Collins Pharmaceutical Complex at Warrens.
