Stantec performed a detailed gap analysis on compulsory training needs, by creating a database with training information about all the client’s staff working in parking spaces all around Italy.
In addition, we have been providing a service of database updating, with a specific alert for those courses that are compulsory by law and need periodic refreshing training.
Lastly, we have been organizing specific courses, to meet the needs of compulsory training, highlighted by the gap analysis.
