As a vice president of our Financial Services practice, Andrew helps lead operations and business development activities for the group. Andrew and his team provide the financial planning, cost allocation, fee development, and feasibility studies necessary to support the funding of local government services.
Recognized as an industry leader, Andrew assisted with utility rate-related regulatory proceedings in multiple states and territories. He’s an active member of the American Water Works Association, and he’s also an author and presenter for various organizations throughout the United States. Andrew’s passion for helping local governments to develop financial management plans directly contributes to life-sustaining infrastructure for his clients’ communities. His capacity to function as an extended member of his clients’ staff helps them to make critical decisions that have a lasting impact.
While he enjoys golfing and dining in Tampa Bay, Andrew treasures the time he spends with his wife as well as watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with his two sons.
