When Stantec began working with the Austin Independent School District to develop a long-term career and technical education (CTE) master plan, our goal was to create a space for the district that would provide exceptional real time flexibility and adaptability to evolving programmatic needs and demands over time. The result? A new space typology we called The Empower Center, derived from an old idea and completely reimagined for the next generation.
